Have you been described as fussy, hyperactive, unable to sit still, clumsy, overly sensitive or uncoordinated?
Do people tell you you over or underreact to loud noises, the sounds of people chewing, bright lights or clothing tags?
Do you prefer to eat only a small selection of foods because of their texture?
Do you hide away when feeling stressed or feel the need to bounce your legs, rock or tap your fingers to feel calmer?
Do these elements affect your ability to live your life to the fullest?
Then you may have sensory processing issues. Assessment will analyse your responses and preferences to all 8 senses (yes there are actually 8!) and help devise Sensory Integration strategies that can help you manage in your day to day life.
